The board is p-nucleo-ihm003 included STM32G431RBTx MCU and X-NUCLEO-IHM16M1 POWER, I open the motor profile 5.4.5, click the button named "connet", it works.And then input 7 poles,and click the button named "start profile",why it shows "profile failed"?

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your post.
If your point is still pertinent, I made a test with FW5.4.8 version and same boards/motor and I was able to profile the motor.
Could you please verify that on IHM16 board, jumpers/connections fulfill the "FOC(3Shunt)" requirement as mentioned in User Manual UM2415 "Table 2. X-NUCLEO-IHM16M1 expansion board configuration based on the algorithm used"?
