STM workbench failed to connect control board

Software: ST Motor Control Workbench V4.3.0.16508

MCU: STM32F051C6T6

Phenomenon:  use serial port connect to MCU always fail. Some times can connect to MCU, but lose connection soon: Error msg: 'Communication is closed. the board doesn't response correctly' Even use baudrate 9600, get the same result.3
