I want to estimate the motor paramters(e.g:Resistance,inductance etc) using my ST board.

But i don't want to use Motor profiler neither i want to enter the values to MC WB manually.How can paramters be estimated ?

You can have a look here : https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/STM32MotorControl:How_To_manually_configure_the_motor_parameters to learn how to estimate manually your motor parameters, but in the end, you will have to manually enter the values in the WB.
