I think the latest firmware package for the STM32H7 MCUs has removed the option for enabling the VBAT channel for ADC3?

Could you please tell us what is going wrong on your side?

No particular update related to Vbat channel enabling was done on latest STM32CubeH7 package version (1.7.0).
