Eclipse is being difficult. When I go to create a project at some point I have to click download firmware. The software never installs since the download never completes. I tried manually downloading en.stm32cubeg4_v1-5-0.zip and it fails

I tried a bunch of different ways to attempt to import the software but nothing works.
