Hi.
Just find out about dual core version of processor i like, and i would definitely want it to use in my board, since it offers some good advantages over single core.
But it is a bit hard to understand if STM32H753XI is compatible .
"The TFBGA240+25 ballout is compatible with STM32H7x3 devices, except for a few
I/O balls as shown in Figure 2."
It looks like it can run on internal LDO, since i don't care about power usage with 24V 10A power supply.
So that means i just keep my VCAPS and that's it ? since SMPS looks like just source for bypassing internal LDO.
Is this correct ?

In theory, yes they are compatible.
But to avoid side effects & to make sure that your assumption is correct, please refer to AN4938: Getting started with STM32H74xI/G and STM32H75xI/G hardware development.
Another important application note to check is AN5036: Thermal management guidelines for STM32 applications.
