Title edited to make clear that this is talking about a NUCLEO-H753ZI board.
I wanted to upload/flash code on my STM32H753zi MCU using external ST-Link ....how to bypass the onboard st-link connections

Just for clarification for the community members who have not read your previous posts: an STM32H753ZI is an MCU and does not have an onboard ST-LINK.
What you mean is a NUCLEO-H753ZI, for which there is a detailed user manual UM2407, and in section 6.3.3 this exact case is described: “Using an external debug tool to program and debug the on-board STM32H7”.
Hope that answers your question?

Thanks for replying, As I have already mentioned that I want flash my code in STM32H753ZI IC onboard and want to bypass ST-link which both are on Nucelo-H753ZI on board, So I want to ask how can I bypass it?

As mentioned - this is described in user manual UM2407, in section 6.3.3.

This pointed UM2407 rev 6 already remove section 6.3.3, after 6.1, then go to section 7.
You can check schematics, I assume you used MB1364 C0.1 version and use 3.3V for VDD_MCU, then you don't need use level shifter U10 , remove R10,R13, solder wire to H753 side, then you can use external tool flash.
