See AN436. I am using T1635-6G in a Hybrid Relay configuration following AN4993. Load is about 2kW at 230 VAC.
Circuit works fine at with gate traiin of pulses (2kHz, DC = 50%).
I want to trim parameters to optimum, at the moment transformer is make some audible sound at 2kHz.
What will be the best setting for PM frequenccy and duty cycle.
