i have received parts from supplier STN3NF06 however i have 2 different codes showing on the reels The new stock shows STN3NF06LSV1 The old stock show STN3NF06LSF2 i can find no reference to this on any datasheet online. can someone advise here

the device is the STN3NF06L, the $F or $V is only an internal marking and technically not relevant, which is why it is not in the data sheet.
