For the ALED1262ZT, the customer wants to know if there is software available. I do see that there is some software with the eval board, but he doesn't want to use that.

So I suppose that's the point where you read the datasheet and hire some competent engineers.

Perhaps refer to a list of consultants/contractors, or find the FAE responsible for the product line.
