What are the min & max input voltage levels for USBUF01W6 ?

using the USBUF01W6 IC for self powered USB device with full speed connectionCan i give 5V DC volt BUS POWER from HOST to it? as it will also be used for pullup on D+ lines

I am trying to find ST micro part from the marking code on it. I think it might be a unidirectional protection diode. Marking on it is ST E on top row, TE on middle row, and C720 on the bottom row. Can someone help me find the part number from this?
