Hello,

In the ADC spec there is the following note: Any added external serial resistor will downgrade the ADC accuracy (especially for resistance greater than 10kΩ). Data based on characterization results, not tested in production. Regards, Hich

ok, but if you mean the circuit with the potentiometer, I'm not using that one. I have a filtered voltage regulator as adc source.

In the schematic you can also see that AVss is connected to DGnd. is this ok? or should AGnd and DGnd be separated?
