Hello, We are using lsm6ds3 sensor by connecting to STM32F103 controller through I2C communication. Over I2C to read both X and G Raw data taking around 800uSeconds over 400K speed.
In one of my new project, needed both X&G raw values for every millisecond. For fast reading, thinking to use SPI communication instead of I2C communication. Provided examples with in X-CUBE-MEMS1 are based off I2C, is there example any examples for SPI connection?Regards,Jim #lsm6ds3 #stm32f10x #4-wired-spi2016-07-29 12:11 AM
Hello Tim,
Unfortunatelly X-CUBE-MEMS1 package uses the IKS01A1 MEMS Shield expansion board which does not support SPI at all so therefore there is no sample code for SPI.Best regards,PetrWe’re moving the ST Community to a new platform to give you a better and more reliable community experience.
