Kindly I'm asking about a replacement for BALF-NRG-01D3,

I need a larger balun package/footprint to can assemble it manually to a PCB.

This balun has been designed for BlueNRG transceiver from ST. Only this balun can be used with it, no larger package does exist. For your information
