We have a requirement to lock the JTAG for the SPC58NN controller.
Could anyone please share the detailed procedure to:
- Lock/disable the JTAG debug access
- Configure password-based protection
- Unlock/re-enable the JTAG access using the password
- Any related tool dependencies (UDE, SPC5-UDESTK, ST tools, etc.)
- Required fuse/OTP configuration precautions and recovery considerations
It would also be helpful if you could share:
- Whether the operation is reversible
- Any impact on secure boot or bootloader behavior
- Recommended production flow for enabling JTAG lock
Any references or example steps would be greatly appreciated.
