Maximum clock setting using Internal RC with SPC57

Hello, I would like to know how to configure Clock with SPC570S50E1, using internal RC oscillator.

I would like to have maximum clock for each components. 
Currently, I succeed to set maximum system clock, but for ADC it is 1.6MHz while maximum is 12MHz.

How to accelerate ADC clock?
