How to Set PWM in CubeMx2/HA2?

Can you also provide some info on how to set pwm through timer channels ?

I can propose to look at the examples provided in CubeC5 package:

I don't think there is a step by step guide treating PWM for the moment. This knowledge base is about How to use TIM with STM32CubeMX2 but unfortunately treats the case of a basic time base.
