use STM32CubeMX 5.3.0 to build Virtual COM Port on STM32F429I-DISC1 board

Tried to configure STM32F429I-DISC1 board in latest CubeMx, but found USB_OTG_FS is disabled under "Connectivity" category.

How to configure USB device of this discovery board? Is there an example using STM32CubeMX 5.3.0 for this?
