Segger J-link is not able to read memory in JTAG mode with Nucleo G431RB board

Dear ST Support Team!!

We are working with NUCLEO-G431RB board following are the observation

1. Segger J-Link is able to program the controller in JTAG mode but not read data in debug mode
2. with ST link v3 in SWD mode, its work fine (i.e. we are able to read data in debug mode)
3. With Segger J-Link in SWD mode, its work fine (i.e. we are able to read data in debug mode)
4.  With Segger J-link and Keil IDE, its work fine (i.e. we are able to read data in debug mode)

we have already contacted Segger team for support, For them its working the CUBEIDE they suggest its an IDE configuration issue(attached reply)

Kindly request you to please suggest correct configuration
