How can I handle situation with undefined references after Update

After update of CubeIDE I got several errors with undefined reference- all were from stm32_seq.h methods. How can i fix it

I solved the problem by unchecking the Exclude resource from build in the parameters checkbox of the sequencer and lpm repertories.
