I look at the datasheet. They difference is Internal code.But there is no more detailed explanation. Can you help me?

Datasheet says, B is an internal marking. The only public Erratum says, it is valid only for the B-suffixed parts.

IMO the non-B were early examples >10 years ago. I am not ST.
