STM32L4R5 FMC Micron 8-bit MT29F4G08 interfacing problem

Our project is includes one of STMicroelectronics MCU in our product .

We are R&D team which includes HW and Embedded SW Developers.

The main component of one of our product includes MCU STM32L4R5 and NAND flash memory MT29F4G08ABAFAWP (Memory).

The interface connection is parallel and managed by FMC(Flexible Memory Controller) provided by STM32 MCU. FMC timing setup based on AN4761 (attached) provided by STMicroelectronics and MT29F4G08ABAFAWP.pdf (attached) provided by Micron.

The description of our problem is as follows :

1. While reading parameters page(0xEC command) from specified NAND memory , we’re getting “data shift�? effect : we’re not receiving on STM32 9th byte (0x3f) as expected according to datasheet .As a result the 10th received byte is received to 9th place , the 11th to 10th and so on.(First 8 bytes received correctly)
2. We connected logic analyzer to data and control lines ( screenshot attached ) : as you can see ,the data actually shifted out from memory to MCU , the problematic byte is loaded to data line , but not for enough time that MCU will able to sample it .The following bytes sampled correctly.
3. This effect is also valid while trying to write and read predefined data from memory array .

Please advise possible problem solution.
