What is the difference between STM32F411VEH6U and STM32F411VEH6? What does the suffix U mean?

Sorry but i think my first answer was not as clear and complete as it should be. Infact, as mentioned on the paragraph 11.1 of the UM2569:

  • Some boards feature a specific STM32 device version, which allows the operation of any bundled commercial
    stack/library available. This STM32 device shows a “U” marking option at the end of the standard part number
    and is not available for sales.
