I am working on a reliability calculation for an industrial hardware design. I need the official failure rate data for the following components:

1. STM32F405RGT6: FIT rates or MTBF, and failure mode or FMECA report.

2. STM32H743VGT6:  FIT rates or MTBF, and failure mode or FMECA report.

Could you please provide the available documentation for these parts?
