For STM32F4xx MCU, I am using a coin battery for the RTC circuitry. Before the MCU is programmed, will the coin battery drains more current than usual? Thanks.

No, if all GND and power pins (including VDDA) are properly connected.

The GND and power pins are properly connected but not powered and the MCU is not programmed. In this condition, will the MCU draws more current from the coin battery?
