hi I am doing a new design using the stm32h757xih6 and would like to know if I have a USB FS fort Boot on Port a9-12. Can I have another USB FS on port B12-15 without the need an any extra transceiver such as a USB3320?

You can have two USBs both operating in FS mode with the internal PHY simultaneously. No external parts required, not even a crystal.

check pin assignments in CubeMX.
