Hello, I use ST-LINK Utility (STSW-LINK004) to program STM32 Erase and program is ok by IDE but I can't success by CLI to erase/program, report "Can't reset the corn" error.

Command:

ST-LINK_CLI.exe -c ID=0 SWD

OK

ST-LIN_CLI.exe -P file 

Error:Can't reset the core
