The capacitors of STEVAL-CTM005V1 and the power side MOSFETS (STH315N10F7) are the components whose Will have 48V in their pins. can I have just 12V in their pin ?

As you could read in this other thread, it should be possible to drive the board at 12V.

You just have to try.
