We've got a question about the marking of IGBT STGWA40H120DF2. The datasheet shows the marking of STGWA40H120DF2 is G40H120DF2; However, we bought two datecode of the part:
Part A: 19+ Marking: GWA40H120DF2
Part B: 20+ Marking: G40H120DF2
Could you please help check is there any difference between two datecode parts? Are they the same part?
