I want to play a music file from a SD card using a stm32f103c8t6 and the Arduino IDE. I already did it with an arduino boarod and was easy. Do anybody have any code for that in STM? Thanks a lot.

If you want to stay in that beginner level, then search for STM32duino. Otherwise start learning real development with this:
