I used a test program testing my chip .

it's work well on the ST9 HDS2V2 EMULATOR, but it doesn't work in chip.

(power 5V,CRYSTAL SCILLATOR 0.6V,4M).

it's I/O PIN output only 0.3V or so!!!?

can you tell me how to do with the problem ?

Is your Hardware throwing the Correct Reset to the micro?

Check it on Probe

Is the Watchdog hardware or software enabled?

Check Pin No 97.

what is your application?
