Not working PC0 PC1 as output pins on STM8L051 ?

My trouble is that PC0 PC1 pins does not work as output pins !!!!!!!

When I set it on pins that it does not react !!!!!1 Can you help me ?

PC0 and PC1 ar true open drain (for I2C interface)
