Is it possible to communicate LSM6DSL and MCU via SPI, when CS pin in LSM6DSL is hardware fix as GND, and MCU do not control it. As I read in datasheet this pin is for choosing a interface, SPI or I2C.

Hi, yes, if you are only interested in the SPI communication, the CS pin can be forced low all the time. Check however if this increases the current consumption in power down in case the CS pin would be internally pulled up (but no mention of this on the datasheet).
