Hi, I want to use STP16CPC26TTR for one of the application to drive LED's in place of CAT310W-T1.

1.Pin21-OE Input terminal of output enable (active low), 

Q1-Is this PWM controlled?

Q2-Can use IC without connecting OE pin

2.Pin23-R-EXT Input terminal for an external resistor for constant current programming.

Q1-Can use IC without connecting R-EXT pin.

3.Is this has any over voltage shutdown functionality?

4.Can we connect external over voltage protection circuit ?

We need only SDI,CLK ,LE and over voltage functionality pins to drive LED's

Please let me know if any other IC's can be used for this functionality.
