I haven't been able to find a recommended footprint (PCB pad layout) for the VL53L5CX, either in the datasheet or anywhere else. When will that be available? Or did I miss it somewhere?

I did see AN5657, but it only seems to have dimensions of the IC itself and a picture of the PCB recommendation. A dimensioned footprint drawing would still be helpful. (For example, what is the recommended length of the thermal pad on the PCB?)
Yeah I am struggling to understand the dimensioning drawing for the VL53L5CX in the datasheet. Is the origin of the drawing at pad A1 and all other dimensions are referenced from there?
