Why is 120ohm termination for low-speed CAN not necessary?
For low-speed, a termination series at each node is necessary. The value of these resistors are fixed by the number of nodes. The termination resistor value fixes the voltage levels values.
For high-speed, 120 ohms resistors are located at each termination of the CAN bus.
