About STW81200, it appear to have a pad for GND, this pad is not mentioned in data sheet. Regard. JP Lathuile

That's correct, GND has been forgotten to mention in the datasheet. But it is mentioned e.g. at the schematics of the STW81200-EVB.

This is already addressed internally and will be corrected soon.
